Mozilla extension packaging

Hi,
since the number of packaged extensions for ice{dove,weasel,owl} in
Debian is increasing[1] we thought it'd be nice to have an alioth
project around where development can take place:

	https://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-mozext/

For version control we're using git.debian.org. The mailing list is:

	http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-mozext-maintainers/

and I've created a minimal wiki page at:
	
	http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/DebianMozExtTeam

Hopefully this will increase colaboration between developers and ease
things like transitions to new major versions of ice*. Feel free to join
the alioth project and/or the list!
