Some download manager issues in FF 3.x

Hi,

Some functionalities of the embedded download manager of FF doesn't work 
well in our distribution. Double clicking on a completed download or 
right clicking and choosing "Open containing folder" just popups a "Open 
with.." like dialog asking for an executable to accomplish these tasks.

I tested the issue on Ubuntu and OpenSuSE and it works quite well: 
Images are opened with the associated viewer, the folders are opened 
with nautilus, etc. I also looked at your sources for finding out 
whether you are using a patch or config file to override something but I 
couldn't find any related stuff.

I tried to enable gnome-vfs when compiling FF but it didn't helped.

So, I really wonder if we are doing something wrong in our firefox 
package, configure flags, etc. If you have some ideas, this would be 
great. BTW we're using KDE as desktop environment.
