XULRunner app packaging

xulrunner apps can be quite complex and might come with a variety of
build systems, so there is no simple answer for your
questions. However, we discussed this and came to the conclusion that
we would like to document the most common cases anyway, which
basically means for you that you can tell us which application you are
looking at give guidance.
