What is proper way to handle bugs without backtraces/enough info

As far as i know we have stated that bugs without backtraces or without
enough Info we are to ask for more input on what the bug is or get a
backtrace of the crash, I have been seeing alot of bugs being closed
because the reporter didnt add the right info to bug. If needed i can
list bug numbers but i will not do it in public, so please email me
privately for bug numbers. Let me know if we need to update these bug
proceedures about no backtraces ect...
