yet another apport update

Hey all,

Martin is working madly to get apport working.  Estimates a few weeks
before it will go into the datacenter;)

If you pull his bzr branch you can test the setup locally by doing the
following.

You can set up more or less the same system anywhere else if you want.

Lets stress this and give him so good feedback.
