What to do?

Howdy David,

Well we discussed implementing large changes to the wiki at the meeting
we had last week, I personally still am stumped by a lot of bug reports
I come across, (I am not expert yet), what I and I am sure other
triagers would benefit from is a good wiki that is easy to use, lists
all the common problems..

Basically, how to diagnose certain issues.. And then an appropriate
response, also splitting up the wiki into Reporters and Triagers needs
to be defined also..

I would say 2 and then 3. Freddy and a bit of me seem to be fixing
things up okay on the reports front for now, (well rejecting things like
mad), so I don't think we really need to concentrate too much on that..

I would say we should try to schedule another meeting in Early Feb to
get these processes sorted out, (I will be skiing in Switzerland next
week by the way), also set up a goal list, weekly/monthly targets for
triaging and/or fixing.

But to clarify, I think that the wiki and the crash report procedure
need the most work right now..

Thanks Alex.
