I personally would prefer to have it either a little earlier or a little
later, I am supposed to be out every monday night Life Guarding at the
local pool, I can do Before 19.30UTC and after 21.30UTC but I would
prefer it if we could work around this as I have to be there really from
20UTC - 21.15UTC I can get there and back quickly though thus the time
changes.
