new members

I have recieved a request for Jun Wang <jhnjwng at gmail.com> to join the
mozillateam.

Alex or John are you interested in firming up the new member policy and
working with Jun.  He has expressed interest in working with jvms
eyippy.

I was thinking of setting up something like the ubuntu membership
process.


1 Do anything useful to the team. 
2 Put name on the agenda.
3 Approved by mozillateam council.
4 Become member.
