Installing Favorites into Firefox Bookmarks

Welcome!

Firefox on linux doesn't support directly importing your IE favorites
for various reasons. However, you can use firefox on windows
to initially migrate them to firefox format and copy the
bookmarks.html file into the linux firefox profile directory.

To do so, just start firefox on windows once and you should be asked
if you want to import your IE bookmarks. The bookmarks.html file you
need to copy to the linux profile directory should then be available
in the windows AppData directory of your firefox profile.
