[Patch] Tooltip wrapping for GtkMozEmbed

Currently, GtkMozEmbed does not handle tooltips that extend past the
edge of the screen. This has been reported in Launchpad [1], the GNOME
Bugzilla [2], and the Mozilla Bugzilla [3]. However, the main trunk of
GtkMozEmbed is currently being heavily modified and is unusable [4].
Chances are low that the trunk will stabilize before Gecko 1.9 [5][6].

Because of this, I'd like to ask that the patch (or, a modified
version) submitted by Christian Persch in [3] be applied to the Ubuntu
Firefox package. This patch is a port of the patch already committed
to the Firefox browser itself, applied to GtkMozEmbed.
