[Bug 2125183] Re: upgrade Firefox snap change la langue (pour English)

I detect the problem :  menus are in english instead of french when i
started firefox after the upgrade

I solved the problem : 
 * go into about:preferences#General Language  
 * here was only "english"
 * i added "Français"  and move ot on top
