This issue is a major issue for most mobile users.

Without H/W acceleration it consumes up to ~40% more power when rendering video and even regular browsing causes considerable battery drain and fan noise.
Also, web video stutters since there is up to %30 dropped frames.

I suspect the issue is somewhere in the AppArmor profile blocking access
to Intel XE/ARC related probes.
