[Bug 2122330] [NEW] LUBUNTU updater breaks Thunderbird SNAP Connection

When I ran a LUBUNTU update and started Thunderbird while the update was running, Thunderbird became inoperable and will not start anymore. 
This cannot be reproduced and has happened several times during an update for LUBUNTU 24.04.
This occurred before the latest LUBUNTU update for LXQT sudo which is broken. 

STRACE was run for Thunderbird (after update finished and LUBUNTU
rebooted) giving the following error:

Content snap command-chain for
/snap/thunderbird/791/gpu-2404/bin/gpu-2404-provider-wrapper not found:
ensure slot is connected

My workaround is to wait for an update which previously has fixed the problem.
Unfortunately the latest  security LUBUNTU update for LXQt sudo is broken so I am still without Thunderbird.
