I have the same problem in Firefox 145, 146 (Developer Edition) and 147 (Nightly) on Lubuntu 25.10. Manual addition of bank card data does not work. DevEdition prompts you to save your card data when you enter them on a webpage, and seemingly saves them, as it does not complain, but actually does not save anything.
