This issue points out a real gap in user experience. When the browser encounters an unfamiliar `text/*` MIME type, it should allow viewing it right away instead of requiring a download. A basic “[View as Text](https://share.google/TnaAgnff2bj503loz)” choice would make handling these files much smoother and more intuitive.
