Hmm I see, this is the part I could not anticipate because I have to
manually invoke the window, which is initially empty.

I suppose you'd need to click "get certificate" first after editing that
field, does that work? Otherwise I'll edit the source for that debug-uri
build so that it tries that filling of the URI scheme with HTTP
automatically.
