Hi!
I have the same problem. I have refreshed snap TB to stable/uri-debug. When I get dialog any change made to  _Location_ field makes confirmation button inactive so it is impossible to test if full URI, with scheme will allow store confirmation.

BTW - mail server is using self signed cert, signed with local CA. I
have added it in 'Authorities' tab of 'Certificate Manager' and still TB
doesn't accept it.
