The quarterly inventory audit for the garden center is now complete. All stock levels have been verified and reconciled with the digital system. The new shipment of potting soil and mulch arrived ahead of schedule, which is excellent news for the upcoming spring promotion. We have allocated extra space in aisle seven for the display of seasonal flowering plants.
Please coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the fertilizer pallets are moved to the front storage area by Tuesday afternoon. The supplier for hand tools has confirmed the delivery of the remaining order, which includes the premium pruning shears and trowel sets we discussed. Their representative will be visiting next Thursday to review the new product line.
Remember to update the pricing labels for all lawn care items before the weekend rush begins. The promotional banners and signage have been printed and are ready for installation. Let's aim to have the entire garden section refreshed and fully stocked by Friday morning to capture the early customer traffic.

The workshop ventilation system requires a comprehensive review before the summer months. The current setup utilizes a single 120-volt circuit shared with the overhead lighting, which is insufficient for the new dust collection unit. The planned upgrade involves running a dedicated 240-volt line from the main panel to the workshop's southeast corner. This will power the collector and allow for the future installation of a secondary air filtration system.
All conduit and wiring must be secured according to local code, with clear labeling at both the panel and the termination point. The existing lighting circuit should be separated entirely to avoid overloading. Please schedule an inspection with the county after the rough-in work is completed but before the drywall is patched. The electrician has provided a materials list that includes 10/3 wire, a double-pole breaker, and a new industrial-grade outlet.
Additionally, consider adding two additional 20-amp circuits along the north wall for benchtop power tools. This will prevent the need for extension cords and power strips, improving safety and organization. The blueprint for the circuit layout is attached to the work order in the project folder. The total estimated cost for materials and labor has been approved, and the work can commence next Monday if the schedule is clear.
For reference, the main panel has two open slots that can accommodate the new breakers. Ensure the total load calculation for the workshop does not exceed 80% of the subpanel's capacity. The project lead should verify all connections and perform a voltage test before energizing the new circuits. All work must be documented with photos for the project file and warranty purposes.
Thank you for your attention to this important upgrade.
