[Bug 1849346] Re: [snap] kerberos GSSAPI no longer works after deb->snap transition

After some discussion, this is being considered:

*Ship the configuration with default_ccache_name set to $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (or some path under it to be more specific).
*Add a interface to the snaps so they can read files in such path.

That would of course only solve the issue for a vanilla setup.
