Public bug reported:
Problem: At least since Firefox 130 (snap version), users can not save
files in /run/user/1000 (or /run/user/ID_USER).
Note: That folder is used because, for example, what is saved there is
not saved to disk (e.g. due to confidentiality reasons), and
[applications looking to store their files locally no longer have to
worry about access control](https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/162911).
