The module is there in the newest Chromium stable 131.

Chromium does not have the graphical interface for that, it seems the
way to configure that is with NSS3 tools.

So, not tested:

  snap connect chromium:pcscd
  apt install libnss3-tools
  modutil -dbdir sql:.pki/nssdb/ -add "OpenSC" -libfile /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opensc-pkcs11.so
