[Bug 2087921] [NEW] Wrong application icon shown in task manager when using KED Wayland

Public bug reported:

I am using KDE with Wayland.

The application icon for Thunderbird should be a blue dragon. But
instead the task manager shows a white 'W' on brown ground which seems
to be default Wayland icon. See (appended taskbar.png)
