Public bug reported:

After upgrading 23.10 --> 24.04 the vivox plugin that spawns inside the
Hell Let Loose process is malfunctioning. It cannot capture audio from
the microphone or route other player's voice to the output. The result
is that users cannot hear voip in Hell Let Loose.

I tried to troubleshoot using Pipewire/Helvum and Helvum shows that Hell
Let Loose is spawning the necessary VIVOX audio devices, but those
devices cannot be routed to the output for some reason.
