[Bug 2066202] [NEW] Thunderbird v115.10.0.1 installed by apt is broken and obsolete

Public bug reported:

The version of Thunderbird installed by apt is not current and breaks
SMTP send capability.

sudo apt install thunderbird
or
sudo apt-get install thunderbird

Report: thunderbird is already the newest version
(1:115.10.1+build1-0ubuntu0.23.10.1).

The fix would be to use the current version, Thunderbird v115.11.0 which
resolves the SMTP send capability.
