[Bug 2065478] [NEW] Firefox could not select manage bookmarks

Public bug reported:

I use Firefox 125.0.3.
when I would restore bookmark, but I could not select manage bookmark. 

Firefox -> library -> bookmarks

display 19 latest bookmark.
I want to select manage bookmarks, but could not do it.
