- Whenever I show or hide the top panel by hovering over it with the mouse
- Firefox shows a blank band at the bottom the same width as the top
- panel. This problem is more noticeable on pages that take longer to be
- displayed, in fact the longer they take, the longer the empty band
- remains visible.
