[Bug 2012430] Re: <html lang="..."> attribute breaks dashes

This issue has been a pain in the you know what, for quite some time
now. I was not sure if it is MediaWiki or Firefox. Since I only use
Ubuntu on all my clients, they were consistently broken. Over the years
I have gotten used to working with invisible dashes.

It will be really cool to get a fix for this.
