[Bug 2021940] Re: firefox (114.0+build1-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt1) No GPU Hardware Acceleraton on Arm64

Hi Ubuntu Firefox Team,

Thank you for looking into this issue and resolving it.  The latest
firefox (114.0+build2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt2) for Jammy and Lunar now had
resolved the earlier reported NO WebGL and GPU Hardware Acceleration for
Arm64 (at least for my device).

Just to understand the issue better, what is the main caused for the NO
"WebGL and GPU Hardware Available"?

The "diff from 114.0+build2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt1 (in
~ricotz/ubuntu/firefox) to 114.0+build2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1~mt2"
