I'm experiencing this too, which has caused WebGL not to work. I'm
however on an x64 machine, not Arm64, so it's not limited to that
architecture.

I have the same logs as above:

[GFX1-]: FireTestProcess failed: Failed to spawn child process “/usr/lib/firefox/glxtest” >
[GFX1-]: glxtest: ManageChildProcess failed
[GFX1-]: No GPUs detected via PCI

Browsing to a page which uses WebGL gives the following messages in the
console:

WebGL warning: <Create>: WebglAllowWindowsNativeGl:false restricts context creation on this system.
Failed to create WebGL context: WebGL creation failed:
* WebglAllowWindowsNativeGl:false restricts context creation on this system. ()
* Exhausted GL driver options. (FEATURE_FAILURE_WEBGL_EXHAUSTED_DRIVERS)
