Sorry I completely forgot that our web browsers are not using the Ubuntu
archive versions of GTK so tracking the GTK packages here is a little
misleading.

It looks like the next steps are:

1. *Someone* needs to propose a fix upstream for GTK 3.24.

2. Our snaps need to be updated to get the fix (gnome-42-2204, chromium,
firefox).
