Yes, we know. You can try setting
`print.save_as_pdf.internal_destinations.enabled` to `true` in
about:config to ask Firefox to create internal links in the PDF, but be
aware that this functionality may be unreliable (which is why it's not
currently enabled by default). See bug 1729276 and the other issues
linked from there for more details.
