[Bug 1950040] Chromium

I verified that full screen sharing doesn't work out of the box in 
Chromium and Google Chrome.

However, the fix suggested by https://superuser.com/a/1481800 works, 
namely to enable the flag in 
chrome://flags/#enable-webrtc-pipewire-capturer.
