[Bug 1971532] [NEW] [snap] Firefox Save File Unable To Paste Into Filename

Save File prompt disallows paste to filename. Attached is a screenshot
of what pops up. Tested in various directories.

Cut the name
attempt to paste the name back in

Reproducible when targeting ~/Downloads, ~/Documents, and /tmp
