[Bug 1960546] [NEW] [snap] can't view system installed html documentation

snap 97.0-2 from latest/stable/ubuntu-22.04 on Ubuntu 22.04 Alpha

I am unable to use the Firefox snap (or Chromium snap) to view
documentation provided by apt packages.

Suggestion
==========
Could we whitelist /usr/share/doc/ and /usr/share/gtk-doc/ to let browsers access these files?

Workaround
==========
Install epiphany-browser which is currently still provided as a traditional non-sandboxed browser.
