[Bug 1930315] [NEW] firefox 89.0 FTBFS on ppc64el with clang 10

On ppc64el, building firefox 89.0 with clang 10 (the highest version of
clang currently available for bionic and focal, either in the release or
the security pocket) hangs forever when compiling gfx/wr/swgl/src/gl.cc.

This regression was introduced by this upstream change:
