messages, while starting firefox, after updating ubuntu to 20.10:

i added these rules:
@{PROC}/[0-9]*/cgroup r,
/tmp/.X11-unix/X0 w,

then, after enabling them and ff restart:

i added this rule:
/sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/cpu.cfs_quota_us r,
