I'm also experiencing this bug, with Win 10 and TB78.6.0 (32 bits).

Many occurences of :

BEGIN:VALARM
ACTION:DISPLAY
TRIGGER;VALUE=DURATION:-P2D
DESCRIPTION:Description par défaut Mozilla
X-LIC-ERROR;X-LIC-ERRORTYPE=PARAMETER-VALUE-PARSE-ERROR:Got a VALUE parame
 ter with an illegal type for property: VALUE=DURATION
END:VALARM

Some events disappear when I close, then reopen TB
