Thank you for your bug report.
You are using a very old and unsupported version of Ubuntu (10.10, with firefox 11.0).
Please upgrade to a supported version of Ubuntu (try e.g. 20.04, which can be downloaded from https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop). Any supported version of Ubuntu comes with a current version of Firefox which will almost certainly allow you to browse those pages.
