Steps to reproduce:

I print an email on a Thunderbird client with German language set. 
68.8.0 on Linux Kubuntu 20.04.


Actual results:

Printing dialog appeared in English language


Expected results:

The printing dialog shoud be in German.

I move the bug to Thunderbird :: OS Integration in case German is
installed for the OS.
