** Description changed:
Firefox ignores the `--window` option, when `--private-window` is
specified, an instance is running.
Instead, the behavior depends on an address being passed.
To reproduce:
- run `firefox --private-window &`
- run `firefox --window --private-window` -> a new window opens; this is ok
- run `firefox --window --private-window ubuntu.com` -> a tab opens in the latest window, which is not ok
