[Bug 1853571] Re: autopkgtests sometimes hang on armhf

As a mitigation, I committed
https://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mozillateam/firefox/firefox.focal/revision/1330.

This ensures that the tests time out after 5 minutes, instead of keeping
a test slave hung for 5+ hours.
