[Bug 1001287] Re: Account Settings window is bigger than window resolution

With Thunderbird 60.2.1 and Ubuntu 18.04 I'm seeing the Preferences
window open at a size of 698x594 so I'm treating this as being fixed. If
anyone see any different then this bug report can be re-opened but the
issue should also be reported to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/.
