Upstream bug report showing "RESOLVED INVALID" on 2018-10-05.

Further to comment #36 I'm closing this as "Invalid" as the
initial report was against an Ubuntu release that has been
EOL for over two years. I'm seeing references to Unity and
MATE and comments which span *four* LTS releases.

There's also a screenshot that illustrates a problem that
I saw on another bug report that refers to the Preferences
dialog which was made obsolete by the last Thunderbird update.

It's probably best for any outstanding issues (if there are any)
to be reported in a new bug report.
