Public bug reported:
When I was using Twitter and had it open in multiple tabs, after
clicking on notifications multiple times, the site started stuttering
and the memory usage increased to 750 MB, almost up to a GB.
This happens when browsing Twitter. The mouse moves when this happens
but the cursor does not change; it remains the cursor that is present
when hovering over a link.
I expect fluid performance, especially since Twitter has better
performance when running on Chrome on Windows and in Chrome on
Chromebooks
