Running the Beta (67.0b) from Terminal_Steps_Terminal Output

Hi Wayne,
I think you might have an "app not install" problem, but I am no expert.

Attached is a doc of my steps.

Walt: thanks for your comment - with your instructions, I was able to
run it through terminal. I have included the terminal output in the
attached.

Wayne: I will try to test the issue for this bug report later today or tomorrow.
