As per the summary in Comment #166, and on behalf of Mozilla I approve
this request from Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT) to included
the following root certificate:

**  “AC RAIZ FNMT-RCM” (websites)

I will file the NSS bug for the approved change.
