Analyzing the raw data (by clicking in "Raw data" button at the top
right of page), we can see that the OCSP GET Request for subordinate CA
contains special characters (two '+' symbols) that should be encoded
properly (URL encoding).

I attach copy&paste raw data of OCSP request (PEM encoded):
