Hi Paul

I can't remember exactly the problem but was so long ago.

What I do know now is that firefox 61 is still slow with webgl apps and 
Google Maps. It is only slightly faster when the firefox window size is 
smaller. I have tested the same with Google Chrome and is fast at any 
window size.
