[Bug 1800127] [NEW] Hot keys not working on russian keyboard layout

Public bug reported:

When pressing "т" key on russian keyboard layout (on EN layout "т"
corresponds to "n"), nothing happens. On EN layout it "swith to next
unread message". Very inconvenient to constantly change layouts.
