[Bug 1762588] Re: thunderbird 52.6.0/18.04 beta compact folder broken

I was sent a message asking if this bug still existed.  I responded that
it did, yet the bug report was changed to expired.  How can this bug be
reopened?  Why was it previously in an incomplete state.  I believe that
I provided all of the requested information..  Am I suppose to change
the status to something else?
